Noodles! So much more scope for imagination, as there are so many kinds: Campanelle (flat with frilly edges), Farfalle (bow tie shaped), Fusilli (spiral shaped), Gemelli (straw shaped), Orecchiette (ear shaped!), Manicotti (large tubes), Penne (medium tubes), Spaghetti, Fettuccine, Lasagne - just to name a few ... And then there are all the lovely sauces to go on top. Yum!
