Whats bad luck?

As far as politics go I want to be informed about this 'bringing in fees' thing until they reach a decision, and I also want to know why everyone is saying something about a recession and money being worth nothing, but so vaguely and half heartedly that I can't believe anybody actually knows or cares.

Hard to say for certain.

It's difficult to see where history is going while it's happening.

But it's up to the Iraqis. The Americans should finagle off cos they aren't making things any better or more stable.
