I really liked Watchmen, thought it was very good. It is about 15 years since I read the graphic novel but the movie brought it all back in a good way.

Single downside was unrelated to the movie in itself, the censors had the scissors out for any hint of sexual content. That includes blue penises. The last 20 minutes was cut to ribbons.

This movie managed to take the bad taste of "The Spirit" out of my mouth, and that was a bad taste.

I've heard bad things about the Spirit. Which is a shame, because Will Eisner is great, and so is Frank Miller.

Not perfect, not a patch on the comic, but really good.

i was drinking one of those giant drinks and i held my pee for three hours because i didn't want to miss anything.
